Featured Events at the end of 2022 and the beginning of the new year

After the hiatus caused by the pandemic, we closed the year with two in-person events. Mozambique and Angola, two of our most dynamic markets, were the chosen stages to reunite customers and showcase our latest technologies. We have another event scheduled for Lisbon in the first quarter of 2023.

On November 16th, we gathered our clients in Mozambique, at a hotel in Maputo, for the event "Modernize & Secure Your Infrastructure", held in partnership with IBM.

In an era that is being shaped by Infrastructure, Security, High Availability, Business Continuity, and Hybrid Cloud solutions, our experts shared their insights into how technology can help organizations adapt to the digital transformation process. This event was held in collaboration with IBM, a business partner, which allows us to optimize our solutions. 

A few days later, on November 24th, the theme was replicated at a second event, held at a hotel in Talatona, a suburb of Luanda, Angola. 

This time our partner was Axiz, a digital technology and solutions company that also has a strong presence in the African continent. The venue was full and with interested customers. The initiative received an excellent response from all those who are committed to contributing to the development of the business of their organization, especially in the financial sector. 

We already have an event planned in Lisbon at a time when the technological challenges of digitalization are increasing in the Portuguese market. It will be held in the first quarter of 2023, in an executive breakfast format, with the theme "Improving Cybersecurity, Sustainability, and PowerCloud".

The goal is to demonstrate how important cybersecurity, resiliency, ransomware, and sustainability practices are for financial institutions in the current economic climate while showcasing technologies from Asseco and IBM - again an event partner - and the practical scope. Three topics will be in focus: improving reliability and eliminating downtime with the latest IBM Power10 & Storage solutions; balancing workload volatility, hybrid cloud stabilization, security, and sustainability; and reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
