New Asseco Academy course starts in July

The Asseco Academy, the training academy created by EXICTOS in Angola, will be starting its second course in July, thus continuing to invest in people development.

As in the first edition, which ended in March, most of the trainees are new university students recruited from the main Angolan universities.

The 20 applicants, chosen after a selection process divided into three phases, will have the opportunity to complete the course without any financial burden, as the costs will be fully paid by EXICTOS.

The certification programme is conducted with classroom attendance, during working hours, with a total of 240 hours of training. It consists of eight modules (six of which are evaluated), addressing several aspects of the banking business. The trainees who successfully complete the programme will be awarded a certificate.

“The certification awarded by the Asseco Academy qualifies new professionals to provide a differentiated and excellent service, which will enable them, at the end of the training, to enter the job market with more competences”,

says Célia Catarino, Head of Human Resources and Corporate Governance at EXICTOS. In the first edition, most of the trainees were integrated into the company's teams.

This certification programme will be carried out twice a year. In addition to recruitment at universities, all those interested may also apply online at asseco.academy@exictos.com. EXICTOS has recently created a new page on its website entirely dedicated to the Asseco Academy, where it is possible to find all information concerning the courses of the Academy, located next to the company's offices, in Talatona, nearby Luanda.
