First implementation of the "Profile Negotiated at Entity" at BCI Mozambique
The first implementation at BCI of the new sub-module of the Banka3G solution offered by EXICTOS has recently entered the production stage. This solution will allow the Mozambican bank to outline special conditions for individuals or companies regarded as preferential due to their relationship with the institution.
With the aim of improving the offer of products and services to economic groups and homogeneous groups of customers, EXICTOS has included in this new sub-module a set of functionalities that allow financial institutions to enhance the services they provide to those types of clients.
With this new "PC-GE - Profile Negotiated at Entity" sub-module, which complements the "PC - Customer Profile" module, it is possible to rank the applicability of the existing functionalities at the customer profile level.
