We develop, together with our Customers, personalised training programmes that can be carried out during the implementation of the solution and also on demand. These programmes, with a dual theoretical and practical focus, are applied in a modular way and adapted to the specific needs of the bank. The training courses are delivered in person and/or online by our consultants, and are aimed at both technical staff and end users. All necessary materials are made available and practical cases are presented so that the trainees can take full advantage of the solutions provided by Asseco PST. On completion of the training, all participants will feel able to interact with the designed solution and execute, with a high level of proficiency, the new procedures, activities and rules.
Additionally, we have a training academy in several countries, the Asseco Academy, dedicated to the continuous development of skills in the financial sector. Since 2018, this academy has contributed to training dozens of local experts in Asseco PST solutions, providing various training models and a market-recognised certification programme.
